Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

Introduction
Meliora Capital LLP, along with all its subsidiaries and affiliated entities in the group (“we” and “our” as applicable), is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within both its business and supply chains. This statement is made on behalf of Meliora Capital LLP, pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 of the United Kingdom.

Our Policies & Objectives
We acknowledge the provisions of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the UK legislation aimed at preventing slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. We forbid the use of unlawful child labour in our workforce and do not utilise forced or compulsory labour. We seek to provide a safe, healthy and desirable workplace with working conditions and remuneration and benefits that meet or exceed applicable laws and regulations. Meliora Capital LLP is satisfied that there is no evidence of any act of modern day slavery or human trafficking within its own organisation.As an investment manager, we recognise that our business and supply chains are not at high risk of being susceptible to slavery and human trafficking taking place. However, as a firm, we do not tolerate forced, debt bonded, indentured labour practices, child labour or human trafficking. We do not allow harsh or inhumane treatment, including corporal punishment or the threat of corporal punishment and we expect our suppliers and service providers to meet these expectations. We will not knowingly deal with, support or purchase goods or services from suppliers engaged in such practices, referring specifically to child or forced labour and human trafficking.

We encourage our employees to report in good faith any issues or concerns about potential ethics, discrimination, human rights, legal, or regulatory violations, including improper or unethical business practices such as fraud, bribery or money laundering. We investigate concerns raised and strive to resolve each as consistent with the law and our internal policies and procedures. Any employee found to be in violation of these standards may be subject to disciplinary action, including termination, and any supplier or service provider found to violate our ethical business expectations may be subject to termination of the business relationship. Meliora Capital LLP will undertake responsibility for implementing this policy statement and its objectives.This policy statement will be reviewed and published annually in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
