Yev is the co-founder of Blockstone Capital and the strategy chief investment officer of Blockstone Digital Assets Multi-Strategy Fund.

Yev was born in Lithuania and emigrated to the UK in 1997 where he studied IT and Finance. Yev began his career in finance in 2005 as a carbon inter dealer broker at ICAP.

Most recently, he spent five years at prominent macro commodities hedge fund Northlander Commodity Advisors as Head of Analysis and progressed through the ranks as CTO, interim COO and AssociatePartner.

Yev’s crypto career started in January 2014 when he built a multi-GPU mining rig in his garage with an innovative cooling solution.

Yev is a regular speaker at the London Business School, (where he attained an MBA). He speaks subjects such as options trading, the carbon and energy industry and investments.
